Your Channels + Business Model Synthesis

All too often, we think we have to fit into these homogenized business models. HUNDREDS of clients who ordered Catalyst Reports stated that they want a course or group program, YET they didn’t want to have to do marketing and/or creation, and they didn’t want to have to be involved in the selling process. The reality is that, in order to have a successful course business where you aren’t involved in the selling, having a robust marketing ecosystem is a requirement. There is no other way around it. Yet, all too often, there are these preconceived notions about leveraged business models.

Which is why I am creating this synthesis, here to support you in building the foundation of your business ecosystem in a way that both looks and feels good. A business model that suits you, supports you, and allows you to thrive.

This doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by design. It happens when we give ourselves permission to pursue our desires. To build around our design instead of trying to force our human design into these homogenized models.

There is a better way to build a business, and it’s called by design.

This is another behind-the-scenes taste at my latest synthesis and writing.

Caveat, Caveat, Caveat – this is only one part of the equation when it comes to discerning your business model, offer suite, and client journey by design.

As always, please let me know if this resonates with you.

Now let’s dive into the channels –

Channel 48-16 – The Channel of Wavelength

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to gain mastery over my work so that it looks effortless from the outside looking in even though I have spent thousands of hours in depth, mastery and repetition. I am one with my work.

I thrive in a business model that allows me the space to experiment in my own process and hold space for others to gain mastery as well. I am not here to determine the depth for others simply provide the process to gain mastery. I support clients in establishing a foundation and gaining mastery through repetition.

I will struggle if I seek external validation during the process of mastery or fall into constantly seeking more and more information thinking I don’t know enough. I must find the balance between the foundation, experimentation and mastery to claim my talent.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

  • Training, Certification, Licensing
  • Space Holding Work

This could come in the form of:

  • Events/Retreats/ExperiencesMid-Ticket – Mid-term
  • One to One Work – Vetted
  • Long Term – Teaching
  • Writing – Books – Depth – Research – Experimentation

Channel 27-50– The Channel of Preservation

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to establish clear principles, values and nourish people in community. I support clients in getting into great alignment with themselves by nourishing and taking responsibility.

I thrive in a business model that allows me bring people together where I am teaching them lessons, skills, truths and values so that they can thrive. My work can involves restoring and nourishment, defining clear values, and developing the skills and resources.

I will struggle if I prioritize the needs of my clients over myself. I must have clear boundaries around my work in place so that I prioritize myself first then my clients. Clients may not like this as I have an aura that screams, I nourish and take responsibility.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

  • Experiences / Events – Restoration of Values/Energy
  • ·Teaching / Training / Certification

This could come in the form of:

  • Community Models – With clear values & boundaries
  • Creative Endeavors – Synthesis two things together
  • Nourishing Experiences
  • Licensing of Synthesis or training of Synthesis

Channel 5-15 – The Channel of Rhythm

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to honor my natural rhythm above all else so that I can be healthy and tap into my magnetism knowing that this may come in seasons. I support clients in finding their own natural rhythm especially when they have gone through seasons of extremes or when it is time to change, pivot or adjust.

I thrive in a business model that establishes foundations, routines and rhythms and revolutionizes them when the time comes. This could look like noticing what is no longer working for the collective and creating something new.

I will struggle if I try to exert control over my clients or force them to try and change when they are not ready. I honor my own timing, rhythm and seasons of life but I do not exert that or use it to manipulate others.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

  • Disruption Work – Patterns, trends, cycles, seasons
  • Membership – High Volume / Low Ticket – Establishing Routines & Practices

This could come in the form of:

  • On/Off Periods (Whole Chart Dependent)
  • Routine/Consistent Models (Whole Chart Dependent)
  • Consulting
  • Done for You Work – where consistency thrives

Channel 57-20– The Brainwave

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to get be empowered, be in the moment, tune into the vibration and hold space for moving through the discomfort of the way the world is now so that my clients can thrive.

I thrive in a business model that allows me to hold space for clients who are in a cycle of stuck, fear the future and are disempowered. I support clients in moving from survival to empowerment but only when I am first empowered.

I will struggle if I am not empowered or not in the present because my fear of the future and unknown is clouding my ability to tap into the vibration of the space or my clients. I reckon with my own fears of the world, success and the future first so that I can hold space for others.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

  • Small Group Work w/ one to one time
  • Short Term – Intimate Work

This could come in the form of:

  • One to One Work – Vetted
  • VIP & Strategy Days
  • Retreats – Intimate Experiences
  • Small Group Work w/ one to one time

Channel 21-45– The Channel of Money

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to give me material success, independence and freedom. My success becomes a benefit to the community I serve. I am a provider of resources and education when I go first and take control of my own affairs.

I thrive in a business model that allows me to create, cultivate and educate a community. I support clients in the education and resources they need to be materially successful.

I will struggle if I lost my connection with my desires. I abdicated my control because it made others feel uncomfortable and I slowly shrank myself and my voice away. I have big, potent, catalytic energy and I need to own it.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

  • Education – Training – Consulting
  • High Touch – Community Orientation

This could come in the form of:

  • One to Many Vetted – Groups, Masterminds
  • Longer Term Work – Success Over time.
  • Education – Specific
  • Consulting & Training – What is necessary for succes
