Over the next 10ish days I am going to be sharing with you an 8 Part Email Series on Business Design which will delve into the details on each of the lines in human design, business models for the future and the need to embrace a Regenerative Business By Design. With each of the lines, I will dive into what they need to convey in their business models, offers, & client journey in order to support clients in thriving.

The Line 2 Introvert is here to move people from a place of despair into one of hope by showing them a possibility. In witnessing that possibility, transformation occurs in the client.

The challenge for the Line 2 is they often feel the need to explain themselves because of the projection field and saying yes to things that deplete them because they don’t want to create drama.

The Line 2 process in human design for business is one where the line 2 is willing to be bold and step out into the projection field to showcase the talents they nourished, in private, which creates a possibility of transformation for others.Line 2 must be mindful not to stay out in the projection field for too long, as it will deplete them.

The Line 2 must own the possibility that they see in the world and nourish their natural gifts in pursuit of what they see inthis possibility. They support their clients in moving from a place of despair, hopelessness, and depletion to a state of hope, possibility, and nourishment.

The Line 2 Introvert does not need others in order to live out their high expression. The environment around the Line 2 plays a big role in their congruence, especially in business. The Line 2 Introvert must be mindful of what nourishes them and what depletes them. They must dance between time with people and time away from people. They must focus on what motivates them without caving to the pressure of what others want from them.

For example, one of the most common occurrences I witness in second-line clients is that they say yes to things because they want to avoid the drama and disappointment of letting someone else down. The second line aura says, “I’m talented.” So people project onto the second line, “Oh, you are so talented, can you help me with x?” And because things come easily to second lines, they say yes, not because they desire to do the thing, but because it is easy for them and they want to avoid drama. Over time, this exhausts and depletes the second line. They lose hope, stop creating transformation for others, and may create a bias.

The Line 2 needs a business ecosystem that allows for spaciousness – time with clients, time away from clients to cultivate their talents in an environment that feels nourishing, a clear possibility that the second line sees and feels bold enough to share with the world, and steps out into the projection field to share it when the timing is right.

The client journey for the Line 2 is often one that supports their clients in seeing a possibility or something beyond what the collective can see because a foundation is in place. This possibility creates transformation in the clients who get to witness the Line 2 showcase and share it with the world. The Line 2 lives out their high expression in business when they show instead of explaining. This is done through offers that have a level of downtime, clear boundaries around what the Line 2 will and will not do, and a commitment to the possibility that the Line 2 sees.

Of course, remember this is only one aspect of the chart, AND it does not take into account your lifestyle.
