Here is a never-before-seen look at the new Business Model & Channel Synthesis inside of the HD Your Biz – Catalyst Report & HD Your Biz Catalyst Experience.

This synthesis is to help you discern which business models may work for you, what you need to thrive, and consider when creating, developing, and building your business model and client journey ecosystem.

Now let’s dive into the channels –

Channel 59-6 – The Channel of Intimacy

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to have creative license and freedom. I go deep quickly with people – this means I need to ensure they are ready otherwise I will create resistance for myself.

I thrive in a business model that gives me space to create, where others heed my advice, often in an intimate setting. I move quick, I break down walls and render others better off with my approach.

I will struggle if I feel trapped or if clients don’t respect my advice. I need to be mindful of breaking down walls of those who are not open and receptive.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· High Volume but Highly Creative

· Low Volume but High touch

This could come in the form of:

  • Memberships
  • Unique but highly customized products or services
  • High End One to One Work
  • Small Group Work
  • Books, toolkits, or other innovative outlets

Channel 19-49 – The Channel of Synthesis

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to bring people together, ensure they have the resources that they need to survive and thrive. At times, when someone’s needs aren’t being met I’m not afraid to create a revolution. I am attentive to what my people need.

I thrive in a business model that creates independence and interdependence among my community. I thrive when I am the mayor of a community with clear values and principles. I support people in resourcing themselves when I have clear values. This may sometimes mean rebelling against the norm.

I will struggle if I become too dependent on others or people repeatedly let me down. I cannot sit idly by when people are suffering however I honor my emotional wave before I start a revolution.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· Medium Volume but High Involvement

· Community orientation

This could come in the form of:

  • Memberships
  • Masterminds
  • Live Events & Retreats
  • In-Person Work – Events, Spa, Retreat Center, Luxury

Channel 37-40 – The Channel of Synthesis

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to bring people together, ensure they have the resources that they need to survive and thrive. I support people in creating success on their terms by practicing what I preach.

I thrive in a business model that brings people together for a common goal. I provide them with the tools, resources and support they needs to cultivate resources, success and brings their desires to life for themselves. I lead the way for others.

I will struggle if people do not follow through, make false promise, or are overly reliant on me in order to move forward. I need time alone so that I can provide for my community. I must work this into my business model in order to create the biggest impact.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· Medium Volume but High Involvement

· Community orientation but by application, referral or some form of vetting.

This could come in the form of:

  • Done for You
  • Consulting
  • Masterminds & High Ticket Group Coaching
  • Live Events & Retreats

Channel 39-55 – The Channel of Emoting

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to test people’s spirits and provoke them to see if they are ready to transform, evolve and live out the highest expression of their spirit. I support my client’s individuality, spirit, soul, passions and muse

I thrive in a business model that allows me to make magic happen when I am in the mood. This means spaciousness to show up on my terms. I need freedom especially when it comes to being in the thick of it with clients.

I will struggle if I am not in the mood to be with people. I will leave a wake and vibe behind me that is often not ideal when working with clients. I am magnetic at my highs and can be repulsive at my lows.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· High Touch Low Volume

· Flexibility in showing up when in the mood

This could come in the form of:

  • Creative Endeavors – Writing, artistry, etc.
  • Consulting
  • High Ticket / High Touch
  • Live Events & Retreats

Channel 22-12– The Channel of Openness

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to go deep with clients to explore their wounds, trauma, passions, and spirit. I am a magnetic space holder when I am in the mood. I have a gift for words, tapping into the human spirit and naming what’s happening under the surface but I must listen first.

I thrive in a business model that allows me to explore the emotional depths of the human spirit, to help people heal and be heard so that I can reflect it back to them in a way that creates transformation.

I will struggle if I have not space to contemplate or if I am forced to show up when I am not feeling it. I cannot create transformation when I am not in the mood.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· High Volume/Low Touch

· Flexibility in showing up when in the mood

This could come in the form of:

  • Creative Endeavors – Writing, artistry, podcasting etc.
  • Membership
  • Coaching/Guiding/Strategy – Short – Mid Term Range
  • Live Events & Retreats

Channel 41-30– The Channel of Recognition

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to focus on maximizing the experience, feelings or potential. I experience the highest highs and the lowest low and need space to allow my imagination to run wild.

I thrive in a business model that allows me to hold space for clients in moving from despair, hopelessness into hope and possibility by focusing on specific endeavor. I am the fuel for change from pain to hope so my clients can reach their full potential.

I will struggle if I put too much pressure on the expectation or the outcome of the client experience and instead allow it to unfold. I hate the feeling of the rug being pulled out from underneath me.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· Medium Touch/Medium Volume

· Low Pressure Work – Guardrails for outcomes.

This could come in the form of:

  • Coaching/Guiding/Strategy – Short – Mid Term Range
  • Events/Retreats/Experiences
  • Consulting – Short term – get in, get out
  • Small Group Work

Channel 36-35– The Channel of Transitoriness

Business Model Considerations:

I need a business model that allows me to get into the experience and be in the thick of it. I support clients in moving from pain and despair to hope and possibility so that change can happen. I bring cycles to an end.

I thrive in a business model that allows me to hold space for clients going through a dark night of the soul. I do well in helping other make sense of chaos, crisis, trauma or challenging times. I help people process these experiences so they can move on with their lives.

I will struggle if I put too much pressure on the expectation or the outcome of the client experience and instead allow it to unfold. I hate the feeling of the rug being pulled out from underneath me.

The two best business model approaches for me are:

· Short Term Intimate Work

· Experiential & Experiences – Adventure Retreats, Heal Sessions

This could come in the form of:

  • Events/Retreats/Experiences
  • Short term Small Group Work
  • One to One Work
  • Experience Sharing – Podcasting & Books
