Are you optimally digesting client questions?

Let’s dive into Determination at the Color Level in Human Design but for Business. This is a snippet of the new content that is going to be included in the updated HD Your Biz Catalyst Reports. When I consider Determination, also known as digestion, it goes beyond how we digest food. Our Determination provides insights into how we best support clients, our preferences in how we deliver within our offers, and how we need to receive information from not only our clients but also our team. Now this is two-fold because each of the six determinations has preferences in terms of how they prefer to receive information as well. This means that as you develop your business ecosystem, you will simultaneously want to develop ways for each of the determinations to consume and digest the deliverables of your experiences. This takes time, effort, and commitment, BUT it also increases client completion rates, client retention, and keeps clients coming back again and again. As you read through these, keep in mind that they exist in transference. Meaning if you are triggered, your nervous system is activated, or if you are in the not-self. If you are should-ing, procrastinating, self-sabotaging, being a perfectionist, or using your human design as an excuse, you will not be congruent with your Determination. You will be in your transferred Determination. Appetite => Touch Taste => Sound Thirst => Light Touch => Appetite Sound => Light Light => Thirst From my experience, this often happens unconsciously as a means of protection because of a past lived experience- our nervous system is activated when we are in transference. This means we have blown past our comfort and growth zones into either hypo- or hyper-activated states. While people often see this as” bad,” I would contend it is more about awareness of the fact that I am in transference. When I notice I am eating or consuming more like appetite instead of my optimal expression touch, I know it is time for me to resource myself so that I can find my center and congruence again. So if you are creating a new offer, it is imperative that you are in the congruent state so that you can create deliverables from your optimal state. The same goes for when you are supporting clients and holding space…if you are in transference, you will likely not magnetize or be able to support clients to the best of your ability. As always, take what resonates and leave the rest. Caveat, caveat, caveat – this is only one aspect, and I believe the parts don’t exist without the whole in human design. Here are the 6 Determinations: Appetite: Theme: Primitive Sensitivity: Overly Processed My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered consistently with clear boundaries around when and how the clients engage. I provide examples with how I want questions directed at me so I don’t get overwhelmed with supporting clients. My focus exists on the following spectrum Engaged <=> Disengaged What to keep in mind for Appetite Client Support & Content Consumption:
Taste: Theme: Discernment Sensitivity: Seasons My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered with the season of business in mind and I may get sick of one delivery format and try out another one but the problem I resolve remains the same. I am discerning about who ascends through my business ecosystem. My focus exists on the following spectrum Love <=> Loathe What to keep in mind for Taste Client Support & Content Consumption:
Thirst: Theme: Trial & Error Sensitivity: Temperature My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered what feels hot or cold to me in the industry. This means I might switch up how I deliver sometimes that may be a workshop, other times a report other times a session. I lean into what quenches my thirst and I want to focus on. My focus exists on the following spectrum Hot <=> Cold What to keep in mind for Thirst Client Support & Content Consumption:
Touch: Theme: Involved Sensitivity: Environnement My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered with a vibe and a level of involvement and a hands on approach. I like to involved in the process of delivery so I can put my special touch on it as long as I am in the mood to do so. My focus exists on the following spectrum Calm <=> Fidgety What to keep in mind for Touch Client Support & Content Consumption:
Sound: Theme: Vibration Sensitivity: Sounds My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered with acoustics in mind meaning I only delivery what sounds good to me in the moment. I am mindful of the vibes and vibrations coming from the people in the room and how full I feel by supporting these people. My focus exists on the following spectrum Loud <=> Quiet What to keep in mind for Sound Client Support & Content Consumption:
Light: Theme: Aesthetics Sensitivity: Light My Business Ecosystem & Offer is delivered with the light and time of day in mind. Before I deliver my Experience Offer I like to have some context about the client and so I always have an onboarding process to allow me to tune into who is in my world.
