The Line 1 Researcher is here to support clients in moving from a place of insecurity to one of security because they have established a foundation.
The challenge for Line 1 is to first have the security, confidence, and solid foundation in place so that they can step into their Subject Matter Expertise and support others in establishing a foundation.
One thing to remember about Line 1 is that they do not need others in order to live out their high expression.
The Line 1 Researcher process is one of research, inquisition, and information gathering. Their business is one that pokesholes in a foundation in order to make it more secure, and then they share that information with others in their business in some way.
Remember, though, in order for the Line 1 to thrive, they must first move from a place of insecurity to security, fromunconfident to confident, and from weak to strong. They must take responsibility for where they are, let go of trying to control others and outcomes, and claim the area where they are a Subject Matter Expert and stop dabbling in areas that don’t matter.
For example, one of the most common occurrences I experience with First Line Clients is the need to know all theinformation about all of the things – say, for example, a learning platform, or some new piece of tech, or a new social media platform. First lines need to stay focused on their area of expertise and pull back their rabbit holes so that they can thrive. They need to let go of the details of things that are not important to their area of expertise and pass those off to other experts, and trust that they will do their part.
The Line 1 needs a business ecosystem that allows for spaciousness – time with clients, time away from clients to continue the research, has a high attention to detail in THEIR area of expertise, and honors the timing of my life so that I don’t stay in research mode forever.
The client journey for the Line 1 is often one that supports their clients in establishing a better foundation, securing a better future, and ultimately helps their clients have more Independence. This is done through offers that provide knowledge, foundations, and details.
Of course, remember this is only an aspect of the chart, AND does not take into account lifestyle desires.
