I always start by coming up with a list of the things I love doing and a list of things I don’t like doing.

From there I determine what are my areas of expertise and strengths. For me, my super powers are creativity, process, simplification, and distilling the big picture. I know this because I have spent time thinking about it.

I recommend all my clients do the same. From there I typically think about what deliverables would make the biggest impact on my clients and list everything out…This is typically the signature program. From there, I peel back different line items from there to create other programs. So in today’s video I will walk you through all of these pieces of creating programs for your coaching business.
