I’m so excited to see so many new faces jumping into The Experience Offer Initiation Initiative. I thought I would share a little taste of some of the content rolling out for the profiles.

Below you will find a bit of information about what to keep in mind in the development of your Experience Offer through the lens of the profile. Of course, this isn’t the only piece that we will be delving into inside the Experience Offer Initiative, but this is a jumping off point for getting started.

I’ve also included a snippet on the excuses, perfectionism, and overthinking I experience most frequently with each line. This tends to be a place where some deconditioning needs to be tended to, reckoned with, or put down in order to move forward.

You will look at each line in your profile, so if you are a 3/5, you will look at Line 3 and Line 5.

Line 1 – Researcher – My Experience Offer provides a new, more practical foundation through my research and themes of my other profile line. I am able to do this because I’ve claimed my subject matter expertise. I am an expert at ________.

I’ve put down imposter syndrome & doubt so that I can move into a position of confidence.

My Experience Offer installs a new foundation in clients’ lives that provides safety, security, and confidence.

Line 2 – Introvert – My Experience Offer showcases a possibility that prompts the client to take action because they got to witness my Line 2 talents. I am able to do this because I am nourished, with an environment I thrive in, where I have cultivated my talent. I’m clear on the possibility I see and the talent I bring to the potential clients.

I’ve stopped letting other people’s projections influence my decision making, and as a result, I’ve put down the people pleasing that leaves me depleted. I only say yes to what nourishes me.

My Experience Offer opens the client’s eyes to a possibility that sparks a transformation, so they can move forward.

Line 3 – Experimenter – My Experience Offer saves my potential client time & aggravation by packaging up my experimentation around a problem I know they have. I am able to do this because I have found the best way to take action & evolve around my area of expertise.

I’ve put down the guilt around my process and am committed to taking imperfect action anyway, in spite of any judgment from others.

My Experience Offer sparks an evolution and supports clients on the path to success because I’ve been there, done that, and got the t-shirt.

Line 4 – Mayor – My Experience Offer supports people in identifying a weakness based upon my truths, so that they can move into a position of strength. I am able to do this because I know what foundation, possibility, and experiment I see an opportunity around to influence people.

I’ve stopped opportunity jumping, and I am committed to my truths despite what others may say.

My Experience Offer supports people in taking the first step of moving from a position of weakness to one of strength.

Line 5 – Disrupter – My Experience Offer disrupts the way things are done because traditional methods in my industry are failing the people. I am able to disrupt the industry because I see and own the elevated perspective I see.

I’ve stopped compromising because it only leads to negative projections, which leave me feeling “crazy” and frantic looking for evidence that I communicated.

My Experience Offer challenges the status quo & integrates a new, more practical approach when I fearlessly disrupt and do not compromise.

Line 6 – Mentor – My Experience Offer showcases to the potential client what I am here to counsel on so that they can realize their potential and what is available to them. I am able to do this because I am clear on what I am here to be an objective counsel on.

I’ve stopped counseling on anything outside my zone of genius since I cannot be objective.

My Experience Offer opens my potential clients to a higher calling when I am clear on what I am here to be of counsel around.
