Over the next few days I am going to generously share a taste of my Whole-Self Sales & Marketing Book & Experience.  I want you to be able to get a taste or a sample of the approach, language and style that I am taking.

In a world where transparency has been lacking…I am going to continue to show up as my whole-self in life and in business.

I am going to practice what I preach, vulnerably share and own the work that I am here to do.

These channels are the Collective Channels borked down into two categories – the logical or understanding Collective Circuitry and the Abstract Collective Circuitry.

The Understanding or as I like to say Logical Circuitry is here to spot the fork in the road in the future, find a pattern, predict it into the future, test it, experiment with it and master it so that the standards of the collective can improve. But if there is no mastery or we don’t identify with the work here, struggle will be present.

The Abstract Circuitry is here to be in the experience and move through the cycle in the present – beginning, middle, end, pause to learn and integrate the lesson, start a new cycle from an elevated state. But if the experience keeps repeating that means, the lesson wasn’t learned or the cycle wasn’t entered into properly.

It is important to me to note that I believe parts don’t exist without the whole in human design and if we stripe human design down into parts we miss the point…so please keep in mind this is only one part of the equations. We look at the entirety of your chart. 

This work has been a labor of love for an industry that I no longer want to be a part of….

The irony is not lost on me that I finished this work and released it to the world at a time when the industry is collapsing.

I have said for years now that this online, nervous system activation, not self selling world is going extinct. The homogenization, the one sized fits all. The lack of depth, integrity and transparency.

What we know as online business, internet marketing is going to drastically change.

And it is likely going to get worse before it gets better.

I don’t share this to fear monger or cause headtrash.

I share it because there is a different, better way and it is by design.

It is with individualization in mind.

It is a Whole-Self® approach….

And that approach is not something you can take one course, read one post, or book and become a master in it.

You can’t just read it or know it.

You have to integrate it, embody it, practice and master it.

You have to reckon with the headtrash that keeps you small and chasing the next thing.

You have to let go of the should’s, perfectionisms, and the waffling.

You have to pick a space that you will own, that is uniquely yours buecause you aren’t afraid to take up space being the whole of who you are.

You follow that inner judge or that instinct even if it makes no sense.

And you put your blinders on in pursuit of that which brings you joy…

And you find joy in the ups and downs of journey, the growth, the tending, the reckoning and the letting go.

If you and your business are going to survive this collapse you going to have to be transparent with yourself, reckon, tend to and let go of the should’s, baggage, and glittery object syndrome and give yourself a permission slip to pursue that which you truly desire.

No one will be able to do this for you.

There is no short cut, quick fix or hack.

You must learn to sit in the discomfort and delight of becoming the whole, ecocentric self.

And fearlessly without apology take up space by authentically owning who you are, put in the necessary work to gain mastery and the work you are here to do.

I know this is inherently scary because, with it comes, a level of vulnerability that most are comfortable with…

But what if I fail….

But I would ask, what if you succeed?

What is the Collective – Understanding – Logical Circuitry in Human Design? 

The Understanding Circuitry Human Design – The Collective Circuitry

The logic circuit also known as the understanding circuit is about being focused and logical as the name suggests. This circuit is forward focused which projects its patters into the future. The key of course as a subset of the collective group is sharing. The patterns that are discovered are passed on for the benefit of others.

The circuit drive focus (9/52) in order to understand patterns in life (5) Once a pattern has been found it is tested through experimentation (16) improved through correction (18) resolved through depth (48) and grounded through opinion (17) Once the formula has been revealed (4) it can be seen as reliable for the future.

These are people who are very logical, seriously and often love to argue a point. They can have strong opinions and are not easily swayed.

The secret of logic is mastery via repetition. These are logical people who like to repeat things over and over until they master it. They are detail orientated, sceptial with an insantiable need for answers. However they are usually never satisfied with the answers they do get and are driven by the need to question and challenge. They have a constant need to focus on improvement. This is the root of scientific thought. Often these people are wildly talented in any field of choice.

These people often have a high aesthetic or a particular level of taste. They need a rythem to their life. Unlike all the other major circuits there is no access to energy here. People with this circuitry are always seeking energy (often through funding) in order to work cooperatively. They tend to be natural leaders because of their ability to see patterns and trends of the future and because they can see things from a matter of fact non-emotional way.

What is the Collective – Abstract Circuitry in Human Design?

The sensing or abstract circuit as it is also known is all about experiencing and reflecting on that experience in order to learn. Since this is part of the collective circuit sharing is the keynote theme. Sharing through experiences, feelings, emotions, and reflections that benefit the collective are part of the experience. This is learning from the past. When people with this circuitry connect they share their reflections simply for the sake of the experience itself. That is what this circuit is here for experience in its purest form.

In order to learn the lesson once must be present and go through the cycle – the beginning, middle, end, pause to reflect, integrate/learn the lesson and start the next cycle from an elevated state. If the same experiences keep happening the cycle repeats. This circuitry is not here to have lessons repeat. 

The energy of the (42/53) brings about the cycles of beginnings and endings. WIth the theme of the sensing circuit is change through crisis (35/36). It is not about failure or success but discovery (46/29). The revelations in this circuit only come at the end of an experience through reflection (33/13)

Learning patience is key for people with definition in this circuit. Clarity comes over time. There is no knowing in the now. Often times people enter into things at the wrong time without emotional clarity with expectations. This leads to disappointment. This circuit is about the experience than the goal. You will need to have a good sense of humor and persecptive to honor the depth of this circuit. There is no failure in this circuit just discovery.

With this circuit people are often driven by a desire for change. If I do this, I’ll get that. People get caught in their own expectations with this circuitry and can get restless and bored. They go into something with the expectation it will create change and are left feeling disappointed when it does not instead of for the discovery of the experience. People with this circuitry often cannot make sense of what I shappening to them in the present. They are a living breathing garden of wisdom and experience rather than what they believe is success as defined in our modern terms.

What are the Integration Channels/Circuitry in Human Design?

The integration channels stands alone with respect to the circuitry in fact they are not a circuit. They are the foundational channels that make up biodiversity. They are the foundaiton and evoluationry force that make us human. These are the channels that allow us to learn to walk upright. They seperate us for our mammal relatives. They represent the transition from being a mammal to becoming a human.

These channels are what makes us selfish and not in the sense of not sharing but in ensuring our survival as a species. Selfishness is good when used for survival. If we fail to look after ourselves we will not survive.

The 4 channels that make up the integration channel is the core process of individualization itself meaning what distinguishes ourselves from others. The integration channel fuels the process of humanity person by person and contains the active experession of the life force of force.

The keynote of this channel is self-empowerment. It is entirely focused on the self preservation and empowering the indivudal nature, expression, knowing, identity and behavoir of the self. This is the drive to survive as unique and differentiatied individuals. This channel is not concerned with how they impact others. They thrive by simply following their own path.

I like to think of the integration channel as people who are not worried about if your grass or garden is greener. They are simply concerned about making sure their garden is the best it can possibly be.

With activiations in these channels the people who carry them are here to display self-love by putting themselves first. People with these channels often have a primal quality to them rooted in an ancient impusle for survival. The theme of their life has nothing to do with planning for the future or reflecting on the past. They are here to live in the now.

This is the most complex and connective circuitry in the design and give rise to the complexity of voices and action we experience as humans. These are the only true voices we have in human form.

The Integration Channels in Human Design –  Whole-Self Sales & Marketing Channels

What is the Individual Circuitry in Human Design?

The individual circuit is composed of the centering circuit and the knowing circuit. The individual circuit is the most complex of the three circuits and covers all 9 frequencies of the centers. It is in the present moment and is focused on listening to and march to the beat of its own drum as the name suggests. With definition in this circuitry there is a determination of the indivudal to follow their own direction. The drive of the individual and their uniqueness becomes a living example for others to be empowered and inspired. This drive of the individual circuit awakens the potential in others to be the best, most authentic verision of themselves. The individual circuit is the heart of the human design system and is the drive behind evolution.

Those with this circuitry have a passion for being true to themselves, for thinking, for being, for living and are uniquely attuned to the present moment and for living independant of the norm. When they are clear on their knowing these individuals stand clear, ready to embody differentiation, which is how they lead by example. They have the gift of seeing the mutative potential in others and everything they come in to contact with. They have an initiative sense of how to empower others. This is what distinguishes the individual circuit from the integration which is concerned with self-empowerment

Being an individual attracts attention however people with this circuitry often like to be left alone to explore their creativity and meloncoly. They can get caught up in the moment and can become deaf to the voice of experience or reason around them. This is in part that they are here to find what is in new in the moment, model it, communicate it, act on it. Learning to lean into your strategy and authority is key for leveraging that empowering moment when it arises.

The Individual Circuitry in Human Design –  Whole-Self Sales & Marketing Channels

What is the Community / Tribal Circuitry in Human Design?

The Tribal / Community  circuit is focused exclusively on how our way of life is structured and maintained. It is the circuit of the mundane and material world.

The role of the tribe is twofold- to transform the individual ambition (54/32) into successful teamwork (44/26) that ensures protection and control (21/45) and to build balanced relationships (19/49) that support and nurture each person’s place in the community.

This circuit is entirely focused on maintaining well being and growth in the community which the coming together of tribes requires individual sacrifice.

These people are in a constant balance of work and rest. They need to work in order to be valued. They are happiest doing work in groups and when this circuitry is present there is a deal to be made. These people place a material value on themselves and whatever you might have to offer them. This is the idea of if I do this for you…you’ll do this for me.

These peopele thrive on community and family. Their greatest concern is always having enough food, money or affection.

The center is again focused on the sense of touch and smell. These people value touch and need to shake your hand or hug you to know who you are. The need to meet you in order to smell if you fit in. Metaphorically speaking they don’t trust anything unless they can smell it. The keynote of this circuitry like all tribal circuitry is support.
